With the waiver spot being based solely on weekly standings/ point total for same record, it stops a player from hoarding a top waiver spot. Since this league is so big, we want to encourage and facilitate player movement and owner action. We want to avoid an owner feeling hopeless thus becoming lethargic and not paying attention.
