We’re on year 7 and after getting the 3rd commissioner replies organized it is painfully obvious that these questions need revamped. Starting next year, the set of questions will be updated and will be reviewed each year thereafter to make sure we aren’t beating dead horses here.
To remind everyone, bonus points and # of keepers has both been voted on (last season) and at this point the insurance policy and waiver wire is pretty much etched in stone.

1.What is FFBMCO’S biggest strength?
Brine’s facebook posts. I think the fact that people keep showing up each year also is a huge strength to build rivalries and league history. Lastly, the strength is Nick Fischer being he LIFTS. Love the idea of having a secondary pool of money for those to enter for later weeks of year if you don’t make the playoffs, just not something I am personally worried about #TIGHT
2.What is FFBMCO’S biggest weakness?
Brine’s facebook posts. That people voted to add the IDP. Creates a whole new dynamic and strategy to this league. Strengthen the division rivals.
3.Thoughts/ideas on how to address that issue?
A vote is a vote so not much we can do about that!
4.How do you feel about the starting QB Insurance Policy?
Love it for a league this size it is a must to keep competition level high, even for the tanker wankers!!!
5.How do you feel about FFBMCO’s waiver wire setup?
Weekly rolling list is tight should serve the right team at the right moment.
6. How do you feel about each team being required to keep 5 players?
I think 5 is a good number for this league. I think if we are adding the IDP in the mix we should grow this to six in case there is thought to keep more than one IDP for the sake of injuries or matchups. Also, with the addition of the IDP I think rosters should grow to +2 in size from last year. So you can have a idp starter at least one bench IDP player.
7. How do you feel about FFBMCO’s scoring, specifically the bonus points that are awarded?
I think some of the bonuses are fine but I think the passing over 400 = 10 points, over 200 yards rushing = 10 points and the receiving yards over 200 yards = 10 points is far too much. 23 games last year settled by less than 10 pts and I do not think I want that to swing games just because of that. Should be enough to get 30 minimum for a 10/250 game. 400 yard passing games seem to be becoming more and more often as well so that would beat.
8. How do you feel about the monthly prizes that have been awarded in the past? Is there a prize that hasn’t been given that should be?

9. Any ideas to tweak/update/change the user experience on the FFBMCO website and or Facebook group?
I think putting the communications on fb is more user friendly so I think that is working well, but still need the site for more of the polls that are out there for this time of year. Plus the site is a great place for historical reference of things that have occurred overtime and to document all BLL’s tight artwork he spends his time on.
10. Will you bring any fresh/new ideas to the commissioning unit to benefit the league? If so , what?
Always throwing out ideas/issues with things related to this league, so it will be my honor to continue to do so to keep this league’s integrity in order!!
11. What should happen if someone performs the unthinkable and earns a perfect season? Should they get the entire pot that year? Be immortalized on the website forever? Get something else and if so paid for by whom?
Absolutely should not get the entire pot….
12. Any closing remarks? Football and fantasy football is my WHY each and every day.

1.What is FFBMCO’S biggest strength?
Ownership passion and commitment. We have a special group of owners whose dedication to the league make it unique. It’s special, not something that you can find in a typical league.
2.What is FFBMCO’S biggest weakness?
The biggest weakness is the Golden Boy Farm and his despicable cheating ways
3.Thoughts/ideas on how to address that issue?
Levy sanctions against him until he learns his lesson
4.How do you feel about the starting QB Insurance Policy?
I like this policy it improves the integrity of the league
5.How do you feel about FFBMCO’s waiver wire setup?
I love the waiver wire setup. Bottom feeder teams need as much help as they can get.
6. How do you feel about each team being required to keep 5 players?
I think the 5 player keeper status is a bit high. It makes upward movement more difficult which can be frustrating to a lot of owners.
7. How do you feel about FFBMCO’s scoring, specifically the bonus points that are awarded?
I dislike bonus points. I feel that the teams with star players already have a significant advantage. The team that has Patrick Mahomes probably doesn’t need any additional bonus points.
8. How do you feel about the monthly prizes that have been awarded in the past? Is there a prize that hasn’t been given that should be?
I love the monthly prize system. This keeps the league fun for all owners
9. Any ideas to tweak/update/change the user experience on the FFBMCO website and or Facebook group?
IMO the UX has been good. The facebook group has been pretty active which I enjoy.
10. Will you bring any fresh/new ideas to the commissioning unit to benefit the league? If so , what?
I like the idea of eliminating the new tanking rule fee. I think it is dumb and that you should be able to manage your team as you see fit. M’erica!!!!

Perfect season winner should get a 10,000 bonus paid for by Brian Lilley-Longville himself.

CANDIDATE 3
1.What is FFBMCO’S biggest strength?
We’ve witnessed a couple scenarios where bottom feeder teams have risen to the top in a short amount of time. While preseason favorites always exist, we’ve managed to keep a competitive league for the last six seasons.
2.What is FFBMCO’S biggest weakness?
Familiarity among one another as 20 humans is still something that hasn’t really happened six seasons in. While the commissioners have attempted efforts to get everyone together, it still hasn’t come to fruition.
3.Thoughts/ideas on how to address that issue?
If folks are out of state and schedules are busier, perhaps we run a live web conference call every year during the draft to make our banter more verbal and less text? I liked working through trade discussions on the Facebook page too.
4.How do you feel about the starting QB Insurance Policy?
Not a fan. If you can’t draft a second quarterback that is starting when your QB1 goes down, trade for one.
5.How do you feel about FFBMCO’s waiver wire setup?
I think it’s just. IDP will introduce more high scoring individuals, which means more activity, which means more chances to go from 20th in the wire to first. I don’t recall a team that never used the waiver wire and won it all.
6. How do you feel about each team being required to keep 5 players?
We’ve had decent league parity with five, but I think 4 keepers will put manager skills to the test in creating depth.
7. How do you feel about FFBMCO’s scoring, specifically the bonus points that are awarded?
It makes this a quarterback’s league where Ryan Fitzpatrick and Drew Brees can outscore entire rosters. I’ve benefited and been burned by bonus points, so I am indifferent.
8. How do you feel about the monthly prizes that have been awarded in the past? Is there a prize that hasn’t been given that should be?
It’s been awhile since I had won one, but I like them. With IDP added, perhaps we do more defense-related prizes (top IDP and team D points combined, IDP outscoring the most QBs in a month, etc.)
9. Any ideas to tweak/update/change the user experience on the FFBMCO website and or Facebook group?
I never remember my password and my email alerts go to spam. I would like polling to be done in Facebook if possible.
10. Will you bring any fresh/new ideas to the commissioning unit to benefit the league? If so , what?
I’d like to revisit any past conversations on auction leagues, or perhaps apply an auction-like cost on keepers to shake out a few more elite players come draft day. With fair tanking in play, this would allow young rosters of rookies to build and dynasties to make decisions.

New trophy that they’ll hold until the feat happens again. Site immortality as well. Perhaps a portion of the new playoff side bet.
